A fascia tool that works with your body, not against it

The Fascia Release Wall Mount was designed to solve a common problem in self-myofascial release: most tools require you to grip, balance or brace, which keeps the body in tension and limits how deeply you can release.

This wall-mounted design allows you to lean in, relax and work with your fascia in a way that feels natural and effective.

  • Targeted release – reach deep layers of fascia where rollers feel too broad.

  • Stable support – includes an integrated suction cup base so it stays in place on smooth surfaces.

  • Hands-free use – no need to hold or brace, so your body can truly soften.

  • Compact & portable – smaller and easier to set up than bulky tools.

  • Interchangeable heads – three different sizes and shapes to customise the pressure and precision depending on the area you're working on.

Please note that while it is encouraged to use your fascia tool in the sauna, it’s advised to cool it off between sessions under cold water to prevent the tool from overheating.

Created by fascia & movement coach Ashlie and her partner Sam, who has a background in product engineering, this tool was born from years of trial and error with various fascia release tools. It’s now part of the guided Fascia Release Program — and available here on its own for your personal practice.
