Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • returned in the original packaging

Because this is a body-use tool, we’re unable to accept returns once the item has been used or is no longer in a resellable condition.

Exchanges & Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Use & Care

This tool is designed to be used in specific ways to protect both your body and the material.

Use outside of the recommended guidelines (as outlined in the enclosed product guidelines) may affect performance.

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for damage resulting from incorrect use.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
