Connecting you to your body’s natural wisdom
COACHING
1-2-1 Coaching
Today’s health and fitness industry is broken. We train exercises that bear little relation to how we actually move and we often do them in a state of pain and dysfunctional compensation. The Reset Program by Ashlie Movement is here to fix that.
Welcome to a new generation in health and fitness coaching. This is coaching unlike any other, designed to take you on a holistic journey to transformative, whole-body wellness. Through a unique blend of breathwork, myofascial release and corrective exercise, we’ll address the root causes of your dysfunction and unlock the body's potential for optimal movement.
Holistic Approach
We go beyond just the physical. By addressing posture, breathing patterns, fascia restrictions, nutrition, environment and movement mechanics, we create lasting change from the inside out.
Bespoke Experience
Each program is tailored to your unique needs, goals and compensatory patterns, ensuring you get the most out of the work.
Step-by-Step Progression
The 8 phases build upon each other, creating a clear path towards achieving optimal movement and well-being.
Empowerment & Education
You'll gain the knowledge and tools to take control of your health and maintain your progress long after the program ends.
The Reset Program
-

This is where we look at how your body is currently organising itself: how you hold tension, where you’re shifting load, what’s doing too much – and what’s not doing enough.
This gives us a clear starting point and will inform the rest of your program
-

Learn diaphragmatic breathing techniques to cultivate inner calm, optimise posture and support your body through movement.
-

Dive into how your environment influences how your body functions.
From light exposure to daily rhythm, this phase supports how your body recovers, regulates and adapts to the work you’re doing.
-

We'll explore targeted myofascial release techniques using bespoke tools to melt away deep-seated tension, restoring fluidity and enhancing mobility.
-

This phase focuses on how you load through your feet and connect to the ground. Improving this creates a more stable base, so the rest of the body can move and support itself more effectively.
-

This phase focuses on the patterns your body has developed over time. Through specific exercises, we begin to retrain movement, improving how load is shared and bringing the body back towards more efficient biomechanics.
-

With a solid foundation in place, movement is progressed into more complex forms. The body learns to stay balanced and controlled as it moves through different ranges and directions.
-

As movement becomes more stable and integrated, attention shifts to how the body handles force. This involves developing the body’s natural spring, improving how energy is absorbed and returned so movement becomes smoother, more responsive and less effortful.

-
Coaching is delivered on a monthly basis, with one-to-one sessions held weekly. This can take place online, in person or through a combination of both.
Each phase is introduced and progressed based on your individual needs, allowing the work to adapt as your body changes.
-
This is suitable if you are dealing with ongoing tightness, imbalance or discomfort, or if your body feels like it is not moving as it should. It is also relevant if you train regularly but feel like something is missing or not quite right.
-
This is a longer-term process. While you may notice early improvements, real change comes from consistency over time. Fascia adapts slowly and responds to repeated movement and load rather than quick fixes.
The work done in sessions needs to be carried into your day-to-day movement. This is what allows patterns to change, so the body can hold those improvements without reverting back.
-
Yes. It’s important that you abstain from your usual movement patterns. For change to happen, the body needs different inputs.
